Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) 2020 diagnostic criteria: chronic cough and sputum with progressive dyspnoea; history of COPD risk factor exposure; FEV1/FVC <70% after inhaled bronchodilators. (2) Adult, aged =40 years. (3) Can communicate in Mandarin. (4) Voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with other diseases of the respiratory system: multiple pulmonary blisters in both lungs, severe pulmonary hypertension (resting pulmonary pulse pressure > 45 mmHg), acute pulmonary embolism or infarction, spontaneous or recurrent pneumothorax within the last month, etc. (2) Patients with disorientation, patients with severe psychiatric or neurological disorders. (3) Combined serious cardiovascular disease: acute myocardial infarction (3-5 days), unstable angina, uncontrolled heart rate (>120 beats/min), uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure above 180 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure above 100 mmHg), etc. (4) Other physical conditions: non-cardiac conditions (infection, renal failure, haemorrhage, severe renal disease including dialysis, renal transplantation) affecting the ability to exercise or caused by exercise, entrapment aneurysm, blood clots in the lower limbs, high visual impairment, etc. Fulfilling any of the exclusion criteria will exclude you from this study.
