Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 3-7 years old; ASA level I or II; Diagnosis of DDH (Crowe classification II-IV); Proposed unilateral hip joint open reduction and osteotomy correction surgery; The child and their guardian agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form The analgesic effect and safety of surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Delayed development; Severe malnutrition or pathological obesity; History of cerebral palsy or traumatic brain injury; Concomitant severe developmental abnormalities of the heart or other organs; Transfer to ICU after surgery; Postoperative infection or reoperation; Parents refuse or abandon this experiment midway
