Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the gout group: ? meeting the diagnostic criteria for appeal; ? age =18 years; ? no uric acid-lowering treatment for at least one month; ? signing the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for the hyperuricemia group: ? 2 fasting blood uric acid (SUA) = 420 µmol/L on non-same day; ? age = 18 years; ? no history of gout; ? sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with asymptomatic hyperuricemia; (2) Patients with other combined inflammatory arthritis or crystal deposition arthritis (including rheumatoid arthritis, reactive arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, spinal arthritis, etc.); (3) Patients who are not suitable for uric acid-lowering therapy (secondary gout due to tumor radiotherapy, chemotherapy, hematological diseases, taking certain drugs; severe liver and kidney insufficiency; severe cardiac, pulmonary, cerebrovascular diseases and malignant tumors); (4) Patients who are unable to cooperate such as psychiatric diseases.
