Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Oral cancer was confirmed by pathological diagnosis, which met the diagnostic criteria of oral cancer. ? The surgical method of "enlarged tumor resection + neck lymph node dissection + flap transplantation repair" was adopted; ? age =18 years old; (4) primary school or above, normal communication skills; ? Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Complicated with severe heart, brain, kidney, lung and other organ dysfunction; ? patients with cognitive impairment and mental illness;
