Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with OSAHS who underwent general anesthesia surgery at our hospital; ASA classification I or II; transferred to PACU without direct oxygenation after extubation at the end of surgery; detailed and complete medical history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: SpO2 <95% without preoperative oxygen; patients with combination of long-term chronic anemia or severe anemia; patients with combination of congenital heart disease, hepatic insufficiency, renal insufficiency and other underlying diseases; patients with postoperative fever and cough due to non-respiratory pathology.
