60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 60-80 years old (including 60 and 80 years old) community resident population; 2. Having the ability to carry out normal communication and exchange, with a certain degree of independent activity ability, can go to the place of intervention implementation to participate in activities there; 3. Berg Balance Score (BBS score) greater than or equal to 30; 4. Expect to live in their current place of residence for the next 4 months, and have no plans to move or travel for a long period of time; 5. Agree to sign an informed consent form and are willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In the acute stage of disease or acute attack of chronic disease; 2. those with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, bone and joint diseases, foot problems and exercise intolerance; 3. those who self-report that they suffer from epilepsy, depression, dementia and other neurological and psychiatric disorders that prevent them from learning and exercising Baduanjin; 4. patients suffering from clear diseases affecting balance function (e.g. vestibular and cerebellar system organ lesions, vertigo, Meniere's disease, etc.)
