Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: postpartum PFD women diagnosed by transperineal four-dimensional ultrasound 2: aged 20 ~ 40 years 3: more than 42 days postpartum with no discharge

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: vaginal bleeding 2: malignancy 3: pregnancy 4: psychiatric disorder 5: cognitive disorder
