40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASAI.-III., age 40-80 years old, gender is not limited 2. The patient reported no history of long-term use of sedative, hypnotic, anxiolytic, antidepressant and other drugs 3. Clear, normal language communication, able to understand the content of the scale correctly and be able to fill in the scale 4. Voluntary participation in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient self-reported a history of psychiatric illness or consciousness disorder, cognitive dysfunction, and sleep disorder 2. Patients report serious heart, liver, kidney and other diseases 3. The patient reported that he had undergone total knee arthroplasty in the past 4. Patient refuses to use a postoperative analgesic pump
