Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) clear diagnosis of coronary heart disease; (2) Hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass or normothermic off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting; (3) agree to conduct relevant scientific research and cooperate with follow-up; (4) meet the relevant ethical requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) age 70 years old; (2) preoperative decompensated heart failure, ventricular arrhythmia, ventricular fibrillation or use of vasoactive drugs to maintain circulation; (3)ALT>80U/L or dialysis treatment; (4) systemic inflammatory response syndrome, sepsis, septic shock, etc. (5) minimally invasive hybrid surgery; (6) emergency surgery or secondary surgery; (7) Simultaneous valve surgery and radiofrequency ablation; (8) history of CABG or other cardiovascular surgery; (9) severe organ dysfunction; (10) venous thrombosis, acute aortic stenosis and arterial dissection.
