Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Previous biopsy by renal puncture is consistent with the diagnosis of IgA nephropathy; ? Chronic pharyngitis; ? 24h urine protein quantification>0.5g, =2.0g; ? eGFR>60ml/min/1.73m2; ? TCM evidence of deficiency of qi and yin; ? Age 18-65 years old; ? No antibiotics or microecological regulators were taken (or used) in the three months prior to enrollment; ? Subjects agreed and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Combined major systemic diseases such as cardio-cerebral vascular system, nervous system and immune system; ? Used glucocorticosteroids and immunosuppressants in the last 1 month; ? Allergic or allergic to the known components of the test drug; ? Pregnant or preparing for pregnancy and breastfeeding women; ? Have participated in clinical trials of other drugs within the last 1 month; ? Psychiatric patients and those with intellectual or speech disabilities; ? Alcoholics and drug abusers and addicts.
