Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients diagnosed with OAB according to the 2022 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Urology and Andrology Diseases 2: 18 years old = age =80 years old, gender is not limited 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent 4: Those who need to receive and agree to TTNS treatment for medical reasons 5: Patients whose urination diary (3 days before randomization) showed an average of =8 urination times per 24 hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Those with a pacemaker or implantable defibrillator 2: Combined with urinary system diseases: malformations, tumors, obstruction, stones, urinary retention 3: Patients with stress incontinence and other related diseases that affect the production and excretion of urine 4: Patients with pelvic organ prolapse of grade III and above 5: The patient did not have sufficient compliance to cooperate with the treatment and could not complete the relevant questionnaires and data collection during the treatment 6: The patient is participating in other clinical studies 7: vulnerable groups, including people with mental illness, people with cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, illiterates, etc 8: Conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by other researchers
