Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) From February 2019 to February 2020, each implementing hospital evaluated compliance education and treatment willingness for each MDR-TB patient or suspected MDR-TB patient, and proposed project patients. MDR-TB patients who meet the confirmed MDR-TB criteria in the proposed project, have passed clinical suitability assessment, and have received treatment in designated medical institutions are included in the project. Eligible patients are continuously included. (2) Diagnostic criteria for MDR-TB tuberculosis: The classification criteria for MDR-TB are based on (WS196-2017), and the diagnostic criteria for MDR-TB are based on (WS288-2017). (3) Definition of case and control: According to the treatment requirements specified in the Guidelines for Chemotherapy of Drug resistant tuberculosis (2015 Edition), the treatment cycle of MDR-TB patients in the chemotherapy program is 18 to 24 months. Patients who experience medication interruption, death, or loss of follow-up due to any reason are considered as having not completed treatment, and those who have not completed treatment are referred to as "controls"; Patients who complete the course of treatment are referred to as "cases".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: According to the Clinical Suitability Assessment Scale for Multidrug Resistant Tuberculosis Patients, patients with a score less than 80 are considered unsuitable for enrollment.
