Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Male or female aged 60 to 75 years; ? The Han people in Zhejiang Province have no special eating habits; ?Be willing to complete questionnaires and records related to the study, and provide blood and stool samples; ?Provide voluntary, written, informed consent to participate in the study; ? Meet the evaluation criteria of healthy elderly people in the "China Healthy Elderly Standards" issued by the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China on 2022-09-28
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Have taken antibiotics or probiotics, prebiotics/dietary fiber supplements in the past 2 months; ?A long time out history in the past six months (>5 days); ? A history of cancer, cardiovascular and digestive diseases (peptic ulcer, IBD, IBS), and autoimmune diseases. ? Abnormalities were found in blood routine and liver and kidney function examination.
