18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thoracoscopic lobectomy 2.ASA I - III level 3. Normal lung function 4. Age 18-80 5. BMI18-30 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refused to participate in the trial 2. Severe lung diseases: pneumonia, pulmonary bulla, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pleural effusion, pulmonary edema, asthma, pneumothorax, etc. Previous history of pulmonary surgery; Bilateral lung resection, unilateral total lung resection or secondary lung surgery 3. Patients with contraindications of pulmonary reexpansion such as severe pulmonary hypertension and intracranial hypertension before surgery 4. Preoperative blood oxygen saturation =92%; 5. Multi-site surgery
