Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Women aged =40 years; ? Regular menstruation, 10 U/L<Serum FSH=40 U/L; ? There are clinical symptoms such as fatigue, insomnia, hot flashes, sweating, mood swings, bone and joint pain and palpitations and so on.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) was found within 6 months, including phytoestrogens and black cohosh and so on. ? Have a history of allergic diseases; ? Chronic diseases such as liver and kidney dysfunction; ? History of gynecological diseases, such as uterine fibroids. ? The informed consent has not been signed.
