Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years old; 2. To carry out thoracic surgery under elective general anesthesia; 3.ASA score I-II; 4.No history of recent myocardial infarction or cerebral infarction; 5.Voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hormones were used 7 days before surgery, or drugs related to this study were used 48 hours before surgery; 2.Complicated with severe heart, liver, kidney and other important organ lesions; 3.There are patients with cognitive and behavioral deficits, mental system diseases (schizophrenia, mania, bipolar disorder, mental disorder, etc.) and cognitive dysfunction; 4.patients who are known to be allergic to the active ingredients or excipients of esketamine hydrochloride injection or opioids; 5.Pregnancy or lactation patients ; 6.Patients with a history of opioid abuse.
