18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Fundus examination and OCT were performed to confirm the diagnosis of IMEM; 2) Age > years; 3) The intraocular pressure of both eyes was 10mmHg to 21mmHg; 4) The patient has not undergone fundus imaging examinations, such as fluorescein angiography and indocyanine green angiography, within the past 3 months. 5)The patient demonstrated tolerance to vitrectomy, provided informed consent for the surgical procedure, and consistently completed follow-up appointments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with pathologica myopia, age-related macular degeneration, retinal detachment, macular hole, diabetic retinopathy and other fundus diseases; 2) Patients with secondary epiretinal membranes; 3) Previous vitrectomy or other fundus surgery; 4) Poor compliance and difficulty in regular outpatient reexamination
