Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Outpatient or inpatient patients; ? Patients diagnosed with hyperlipidemia in our hospital (triglycerides in the lipid index were greater than the upper limit of the normal value [range (0.4-1.73) mmol/L]); (3) One or more blood lipid removal treatments were performed, which were heterozygous blood lipid removal mode or single plasma exchange removal mode; ? Age 18-80 years old; ? There were blood lipid index detection records before and after treatment: serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, high (low) density lipoprotein; (6) Record height, weight, age and registration of treatment equipment; Serum lipid removal treatment records: vital signs (BP, HR, SPO2), routine blood values (wbc, rbc, Plt, Hct, Hb), coagulation function (TP) values, whole blood volume, circulation volume, serum lipid removal dose and adverse reactions were recorded.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Treatment interruption: membrane rupture, allergic reaction and other reasons did not complete lipid removal treatment; ? Lack of patient data: only one key index was archived before and after treatment;
