Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Elderly subjects with normal hearing: 1) A total of 30 participants, aged over 60 years old, native Chinese, with a junior high school education or above, no history of ear diseases, no history of neurological or psychiatric disorders; 2) Satisfy an average pure tone hearing threshold of less than 20 dB HL for both ears at 500-4000 Hz, and a bone air conduction difference of = 10 dB HL for each frequency, with symmetrical pure tone hearing thresholds for both ears; 3) According to the Chinese Handedness Scale, it is evaluated as right-handed; (2) Elderly subjects with hearing loss: 1) A total of 30 participants, aged over 60 years old, native Chinese, with a junior high school education or above, and no history of neurological or mental illness; 2) Satisfy an average pure tone hearing threshold of>20 dB HL and = 70 dB HL for both ears at 500-4000 Hz, with an average hearing threshold and bone air conduction difference of = 10 dB HL for all subjects, and symmetrical pure tone hearing thresholds for both ears; 3) No experience in wearing hearing aids, and did not wear hearing aids during the follow-up period; 3) According to the Chinese Handedness Scale, it is evaluated as right-handed; (3) Hearing intervention for elderly subjects: 1) A total of 30 participants, aged over 60 years old, native Chinese, with a junior high school education or above, and no history of neurological or mental illness; 2) Satisfy an average pure tone hearing threshold of>20 dB HL and = 70 dB HL for both ears at 500-4000 Hz, with an average hearing threshold and bone air conduction difference of = 10 dB HL for all subjects, and symmetrical pure tone hearing thresholds for both ears; 3) Prior to enrollment, there was no experience wearing hearing aids, but upon enrollment, intervention with hearing aids was accepted. 4) According to the Chinese Handedness Scale, it is evaluated as right-handed;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having middle ear problems such as otitis media or a history of ear surgery; The screening score of the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) is = 24 points.
