Acupuncture Group 2:The acupoint matching treatment group: according to the selection and operation of insomnia with stagnation of liver-qi in acupuncture and moxibustion therapy edited by Wang Qicai,
Acupuncture Group 3:The Jiejie acupuncture group was treated with Jiejie at the points of Tianzong, Ganshu and Xinshu, once every 2 days for 2 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of insomnia (stagnation of liver-qi Type) (2) age: 18 years old =65 years old (3)7 points < PSQI score < 21 points (4) Athens insomnia scale -AIS-RRB-AIS) score =6 (5) depression scale -SDS-RRB-SDS) and anxietySASale (SAS)=50 points (6) did not take any drugs that might affect sleep in the last month (7) did not take sedative-hypnotic drugs during the treatment (8) the subjects volunteered to participate in the clinical trial and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Fainting, Fear of acupuncture (2) insomnia caused by severe anxiety and depression (3) alcoholism and/or psychoactive drugs, drug abusers and dependents (4) complicated with severe heart, brain, kidney and liver diseases (5) pregnant or lactating women (including pregnant women) (6) has been involved in other clinical research for nearly a month
