Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed as an AD patient with poor conservative treatment for AD, willing to undergo surgical treatment or improve AD 2. ASA grading criteria for preoperative anesthesia assessment: Level I or II 3. Obtaining informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of head and neck radiation therapy or surgery 2. Preoperative anesthesia evaluation: ASA grade III or above, or inability to tolerate prolonged general anesthesia surgery 3. Other researchers believe that it is not suitable for enrollment
