Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were: patients of pelvic organ prolapse (POP) scheduled for transvaginal pelvic floor reconstruction surgery aged 60 to 80 years; and an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status of I or II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients meeting any of the following criteria were excluded from the study: complicated with gynecological malignant tumor, acute infection, diabetes, mental illness and other surgical contraindications, Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) contraindications (peptic ulcer, NSAIDs allergy history, aspirin asthma history), diabetes or emergency surgery.
