control group:after the end of circulatory arrest ,extracorporeal circulation is perfused through the aorta

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent aortic arch replacement surgery in our hospital, aged over 18 years old,able to perform transcranial doppler ultrasound monitoring,unilateral cerebral perfusion,the same surgical team

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate in this study 2. Withdraw the researcher during the observation process 3.Unable to perform transcranial doppler ultrasound monitoring 4.Bilateral cerebral perfusion
