Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with ovarian endometriosis: ? Age =18 years and =50 years, female; ? In line with the western diagnostic criteria for ovarian endometriosis; ? It meets the TCM diagnostic criteria of blood stasis syndrome of ovarian endometriosis; ? The maximum diameter of ovarian endometriosis was =1cm and =4cm. Healthy participants: ? Age =18 years and =50 years, female; ?Good health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with ovarian endometriosis: ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Those who are not suitable for acupuncture or dinorgestrel treatment (including those who are afraid of acupuncture, fainting needles, dinorgestrel and other progesterone drugs); ? Complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious life-threatening primary diseases, infectious diseases and mental disorders; ? Patients who had taken hormone drugs within 1 month before joining the study; ? Participants who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within 1 month before joining this study. Healthy participants: ? Women with endometriosis and adenomyosis ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious life-threatening primary diseases, infectious diseases and mental disorders; ? Patients who had taken hormone drugs within 1 month before joining the study; ? Participants who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within 1 month before joining this study.
