Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for IBD patients: 1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for Consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease in China (2018 Beijing). Combined analysis of clinical manifestations, laboratory examination results, endoscopic findings, histopathological and imaging evidence; 2) Age over 18 years old and with capacity for civil acts. 2. Inclusion criteria for healthy controls: 1) Healthy volunteers; 2) Age over 18 years old and with capacity for civil acts.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for IBD patients 1) With rheumatic diseases, hepatitis, intestinal tuberculosis and malignant tumor; 2) pregnant woman; 2. Exclusion criteria for healthy controls 1) With constipation, abdominal pain, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, or changes in stool characteristics in four weeks before collecting specimens; 2) History of abdominal or intestinal surgery; 3) pregnant woman.
