Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age between 60 to 85 years old; ? Unlimited gender; ? Clinically diagnosed as dementia according to ICD-10 criteria, and classified as Alzheimer's disease subtype; ? Score of 2 or above on agitation/aggression, disinhibition, irritability/lability, and aberrant motor any item of the Neuropsychiatric Inventory Questionnaire - Informant Version (NPI-Q); ? Having a regular caregiver; ? Patient or their legal guardian consents to participate in a 12-week follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Clinically diagnosed as types of dementia other than Alzheimer's disease; ? With impaired consciousness; ? Those whose impulsive behaviors are dominated by hallucinations (score of 3 on the hallucination item of NPI-Q); ? Presenting with extremely severe behavioral and psychological symptoms (score of 3 on the agitation/aggression item of NPI-Q) requiring emergency antipsychotic treatment; ? With severe physical condition or unstable malignant tumor condition.
