Sub-health

Interventions

Online group music psycholgocial activity :Participants will participate an 8-week program consisting of 8 weekly 1-hour sessions for group music psychological activities.
Online self-help music practice :The participants will use the WeChat mini-program for self-help music psychological exercises once a day, each time about 5-10 minutes, for a total of 8 weeks.
Control group:The participants will use the WeChat mini-program to receive one message of mental health knowledge every day for a total of 8 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-30 years old. 2. Diagnosed as sub-healthy (mild and above) according to the sub-health assessment scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has a history of mental illness (such as hallucinations, visions, and related medication or hospitalization experiences); 2. Had suicidal thoughts or behaviors in the past six months; 3. Has language communication barriers or hearing impairments; 4. Does not use a smartphone.
