Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Visiting with subjective tinnitus as the first or only chief complaint, which has been ongoing for more than 6 months; 2) Age range from 18 to 75 years old, regardless of gender; 3) Tinnitus patients with tinnitus frequencies between 125Hz-8kHz (the second batch in 2025: tinnitus patients with tinnitus frequencies between 100Hz-10kHz); 4) Dynamic range: within 0-70dB HL; (The second batch in 2025: dynamic range: within 0-80dB HL); 5) THI scale score = 37 points; 6) Having the ability to understand and express oneself correctly; 7) Voluntarily sign an informed consent form. 8) There is no history of middle ear disease, head injury, or central nervous system disorder. 9) Not taking medication to improve inner ear circulation, nourish nerves, etc
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed external and middle ear lesions and posterior cochlear lesions, or MRI indicating compression of the VIII cerebral nerve, blood vessel, and nerve; 2) Diagnosed with progressive mental illness; 3) Patients with tinnitus accompanied by middle ear or who have undergone middle ear surgery (such as mastectomy). 4) Accompanied by conductive hearing loss 5) Failure to complete treatment and follow-up as planned; 6) Other subjects that the researchers believe cannot be included in the study.
