Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 50 years; 2.Chronic lower limb ischemia Rutherford stage 3-5; 3.Endovascular or bypass surgery; 4.Informed consent for enrollment; 5.Ability to complete optimal drug therapy;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age < 50 years; 2.acute lower limb ischemia; 3.Chronic lower limb ischemia Rutherford stage 6; 4.Patients with previous lower limb amputations; 5.Unable to complete CTA; 6.Inability to cooperate with follow-up visits; 7.Contraindications to the use of contrast media; 8.Hepatic and renal insufficiency;
