18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The primary tumor site is located in the hypopharynx, with a pathological type of squamous cell carcinoma; The tumor has a clear pathological diagnosis and clinical staging is locally advanced (based on the AJCC 8th edition staging criteria for head and neck tumors: III-IVB); Age range: 18-70 years old; Functional status score (KPS) =70 points, Performance status score (ECOG): 0-1 point; Complete medical records; Feasible for plain + enhanced MR/CT examination; Normal liver and kidney function, without severe hematological toxicity and serious internal medicine comorbidities; Chemotherapy is permitted; Voluntary participation with written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of other malignant tumors in the past; Presence of dentures or metal implants in the oral cavity; Claustrophobia; Loss to follow-up or unwillingness to participate in follow-up visits
