Brain-computer interface exoskeleton group:Brain-computer interface exoskeleton therapy for lower limb,20 minnutes per day, and conventional rehabilitation, 60 minutes per day,5 days per week,4 weeks
Exoskeleton group:Exoskeleton therapy without control of brain-computer interface,20 minnutes per day, and conventional rehabilitation, 60 minutes per day, 5 days per week,4 weeks in total.
Conventional rehabilitation group:Conventional rehabilitation, 80 minutes per day, 5 days per week,4 weeks in total.

10 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? First onset, unilateral hemiplegia, course of disease 2 weeks to 6 months; ? Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) score was =24 points; ? The patients could complete the motor imagination task, and the motor imagination questionnaire (MIQ) score was =25 points; ? The patient has no communication disorder; ? The subject or guardian signs the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The disease condition is unstable; ?There is skull defect or skull repair, which affects the collection of EEG signals; ?There are obvious visual field impairment, hearing impairment, obvious aphasia; ?The lower extremity fracture of the patient was not healed; ?Peripheral neuropathy lesion of lower limb; ? Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; ?The presence of primary or secondary epilepsy.
