40 Years to 74 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) The age range is between 40 and 74 years old; 2) Local permanent residents (residing for more than 3 years); 3) Fully capable of behavior; 4) Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form; 5) Personal health examinations are conducted during the baseline of the project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) History of cancer; 2) Unexplained weight loss of = 7.5kg in the past year; 3) Clinical manifestations of acute inflammation and autoimmune diseases; 4) Individuals with severe heart, brain, lung diseases or renal dysfunction; 5) Patients with combined mental disorders who are unable to cooperate with screening activities; 6) Other individuals determined by researchers to be unsuitable for screening activities.
