Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the WHO requirements for infertility diagnosis, that is, couples of reproductive age who have a normal sex life and do not take any contraceptive measures cohabiting for 1 year or more without pregnancy or unable to maintain pregnancy and receive assistance in reproductive centers; 2. First adjuvant treatment of patients; 3.BMI=24kg/m^2; 4. Take weight loss measures as prescribed by the doctor; 5. Patients with certain listening, speaking, reading and writing ability, and junior high school education or above; 6. Patients with informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diagnosed mental and psychological diseases; 2. Patients who are participating in similar studies.
