Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Total WOMACA Scale score (including pain, stiffness, function of daily activities);

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Bilateral knee range of motion (flexion and extension Angle);Time up to go ;Proprioceptive test (30°, 45°, 60° position sense assessment);Isokinetic muscle force test (peak moment, total work done, peak moment ratio of active muscle to antagonist muscle);Pro-kin dynamic and static balance test (stability limit ratio, moving track area, moving track length);Lower extremity surface electromyography (integrated EMG of rectus femoris, medial and lateral femoris muscles, median frequency, muscle contribution rate, median frequency difference rate, root mean square value);fNIRS;BBS;
