Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The person in charge of the ICU work (2) voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Temporary absence from clinical work for 3 months or more due to leave and other factors.
