routine care group:Rinse with 3% hydrogen peroxide, physiological saline, and 3% sodium bicarbonate solution

sowater care group:rinse with sowater

18 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age range from 18 to 79 years old. ?Confirmed as primary oral cancer by pathological histological report. ?Proposed radical tumor resection surgery+free tissue flap transplantation and reconstruction surgery. ? Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Using antibiotics for more than 4 weeks. ?Patients with confusion or severe dysfunction of other organs.
