Non-suicidal self-injury in teenager

Interventions

control group:The control group adopted routine care, including safety and health education, care knowledge, and routine question and answer.
intervention group:A group psychological care intervention was conducted on top of the control group. Once a week for 1.5 hours for a total of 8 sessions

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)The caregiver is 12-18 years of age and meets the diagnostic criteria for the DSM-5 non-suicidal self-injury recommendations; (2) Caregiver age =18 years; (3)Living with and being the primary caregiver of the NSSI adolescent for more than 2 weeks, with caregiving time 3day/week; (4) Caregiver has no previous psychiatric disorders or previous NSSI behaviors; (5) Can communicate in Mandarin and voluntarily participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)People with serious physical illness or psychoactive substance abuse; (2)Those with language communication disorders or those who are unwilling to cooperate with participation in this study.
