Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for knee osteoarthritis; (2) Patients aged =50 and =75 years; (3) MRI findings consistent with knee joint; (4) no treatment with non-steroidal drugs, hormone drugs or other methods within 1 month; (5) VAS score ?7 points; (6) Dialectical syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis, and receive knife-needle treatment; (7) The imaging grade of Kellgren-Lawrence for osteoarthritis was grade I to grade III; (8) All patients were treated with one knee. Patients with pain in both knees were treated with both knees, but only the changes in the condition of the heavier side of the knee were included, and the changes in the condition of the lighter side of the knee were not included; (9) Complete medical records; (10) No mental illness, with normal cognitive and communication skills, able to cooperate with treatment and complete post-treatment follow-up; (11) Sign informed consent and be willing to cooperate with this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant and lactating women; (2) Patients with rheumatoid arthritis, tuberculosis of knee joint, allergic arthritis and other knee joint diseases; (3) combined with external knee injuries; (4) Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hematopoietic and other serious diseases, coagulation abnormalities or bleeding tendencies; (5) poor skin condition of the knee joint, such as skin damage; (6) Patients with bone rigidity; (7) Patients with endocrine, immune system and other inflammatory diseases; (8) Poor compliance or cognitive dysfunction.
