Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient was diagnosed with postherpetic neuralgia; (2) After antiviral treatment, neurotrophic treatment and symptomatic treatment, the pain was poorly controlled, and the visual analogue scale (VAS) score was still > gt; 4 points; (3) Herpes zoster distributed in the neck, chest, back, waist and lower limbs, and all of them involved unilateral nerves. (4) There was no contraindication related to surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Spinal cord electrical stimulation puncture site infection; (2) having psychological disorders; (3) coagulation dysfunction; (4) malignant tumors; (5) severe cardiopulmonary and renal dysfunction; (6) history of severe pruritus or allergic constitution; (7) spinal tuberculosis and tumor; (8) previous history of allergy to local anesthetics; (9) patients unable to communicate and tolerate surgery.
