18 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients were diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer according to the standards of the NCCN guidelinesfor breast cancer (2023); 2) Patients are planned to receive neo-adjuvant chemotherapy based on pre-operative imaging and labratory examination; 3) Patients were female in gender with ages in the range of 18-60 years, and expected to live for more than 3 months; 4) Patients (or guardians of patients) were free to choose to whether attend this study or not after being educated on the benefits and potential discomorts in attending this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients attended other clinical trials within 3 months; 2) Patients diagnosed with malignancy in other organs/tissues; 3) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary, renal, or intracranial disorders; 4) Patients evaluated as not able to tolerate chemotherapy according to the assessement of the functional states of organs; 5) Patients considered as not suitable for this study; 6) Patients (or guardians of patients) not willing to attend this study.
