18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years old; (2) Inpatients who visited 5 tertiary Grade A hospitals between January 2024 and December 2024; (3) Perform coronary angiography; (4) Perform fundus retinal color fundus photography examination; (5) Understand and voluntarily sign an informed consent form approved by the ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute exacerbation of chronic infection; (2) Abnormal liver function (increased transaminase by more than three times); (3) Renal insufficiency (glomerular filtration rate<30mL/min); (4) Acute infection; (5) Contrast agent allergy; (6) Patients with a history of vitreous surgery or intraocular injection treatment.
