Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for all staff intervention mode: (1) All employees of Hegang Leting Steel Co., LTD., over 18 years old; (2) Sign informed consent. High-risk employee intervention model 1. Inclusion criteria for metabolic syndrome: Has 1-2 components of MetS; Having bad behaviors and habits; Family history of hypertension and diabetes. 2. Inclusion criteria for occupational stress: Workers diagnosed with characteristics such as low social support, high intrinsic engagement, and low work autonomy. 3. Inclusion criteria for work-related musculoskeletal disorders: Workers who have repeated postural load, the same postural load for a long time, long sitting time, and high physical load intensity.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for all staff intervention mode: (1) Refuse to participate in the study; (2) Inability to read and understand Chinese characters; (3) Failure to provide valid information (4) There are mental diseases or other health problems affecting eating, exercise and other behaviors; (5) Participating in or planning to participate in other similar intervention projects within the past year or in the next two years; (6) Retire in the past two years or plan to go out for a long time. Exclusion criteria of intervention mode for high-risk groups: Refuse to participate in intervention studies for metabolic syndrome, occupational stress, and work-related skeletal and muscular disorders.
