Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Ordinary college students aged 18-28; (2) Students of Tai Chi elective courses; (3) Good health, no exercise contraindications; (4) Voluntarily and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cannot withstand the load intensity of warm-up exercises; (2) History of injury or surgery in the past 6 months; (3) There are related diseases of the nervous system or skeletal muscular system.
