Interventions

M middle group (Trendelenbury position Angle is 30°):The surgical position was adjusted to 30° head low and foot high.
M low group (Trendelenbury position Angle of 25°):The surgical position was adjusted to 25° head low and foot high.
M High group (Trendelenbury position Angle 35°):The surgical position was adjusted to 35° head low and foot high.

65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age range 65-85 years old; ?ASA grade ?-?; ? no other serious complications in the whole body; Preoperative HB>90g/L, fasting blood glucose <10mmol/L; ?BMI 18-24 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with severe heart and brain system diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, endocrine and metabolic diseases, and central nervous system diseases; (2) The preoperative MMSE score could not match or was lower than the corresponding education level (3) Long-term use of immunosuppressants, sedatives, antidepressants, antianxiety drugs and glucocorticoids; ? Previous history of eye surgery; ? Mental illness or intellectual disability and inability to cooperate with anesthesia; ? Those who refuse surgery.
