40 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient group: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis of the knee; ? Meet the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP) diagnostic criteria for chronic pain; ? Age over 40 years old, right-handed, bilateral knee pain; ? Good compliance and willingness to cooperate with the study; ? The patient himself/herself signed or his/her immediate family members signed the informed consent form on his/her behalf. (Only those who meet the above 5 items at the same time can be included) Healthy group: ? Above 40 years old, right-handed, without knee pain and other pain; ? Good compliance and willing to cooperate with the study; ? The patients themselves signed or their immediate family members signed on behalf of the informed consent form on his/her behalf.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Combined with other knee joint diseases, such as tuberculosis, tumor, rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis; ? Combined with sprain and contusion or other trauma, foot deformity, pain and other lesions that affect normal walking; ? Combined with serious cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney function damage, immunodeficiency, diabetes, blood disease; ? Those with severe drug and alcohol dependence, mania or schizophrenia; ? Those with significant headache, migraine, dysmenorrhea and other chronic pain diseases, history of head trauma; ? Patients with metal implants in the body or claustrophobia. (Excluded if any one of the above is present)
