Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Volunteers voluntarily cooperate with the study and sign an informed consent form. ? Subjects diagnosed with JME, BECTs, or frontal lobe epilepsy according to guideline criteria ? Epilepsy subjects who require hospitalization or monitoring for seizures; ? Age range from 5 to 60 years old, half male and half female; ? The type and dosage of antiepileptic drugs did not change during the experiment, ? Participants or their families refuse invasive treatment, such as surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Suffering from intellectual disabilities, organic brain injury, or epileptic seizures. ? Participants in a state of persistent epilepsy, ? Participants with severe infections, cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors and other neurological diseases, severe dysfunction of organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys, and mental disorders, ? Participants diagnosed with syncope, hysteria, or other non epileptic seizures, ? Pregnant or lactating participants, ? The patient has contraindications for repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation.
