Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease; 2. H-Y classification <= 4; 3. Age of onset is over 40 years old, symptoms last for more than 1 year, and the medication regimen has not been adjusted within a month; 4. Right-handed; 5. Can accept TMS therapy, and patients and their guardians agree to be treated and observed in accordance with this study; 6. Can successfully complete the fMRI scan, and when performing data analysis (two-person analysis, cross-validation), the head movement does not exceed 3 mm 3 degrees.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have serious organic brain diseases, such as epilepsy, stroke, encephalitis, brain trauma, etc., or have serious physical diseases such as malignant tumors, acute heart failure, multiple organ failure, etc.; 2. Have mental illness History of disease, alcohol and drug dependence; 3. People with metal implants placed above the chest, especially in the brain or heart; 4. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
