50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 50-90 years; 2) preoperative assessment of Frailty with the CFS (Clinical Frailty Scale) , Patientsents who met the criteria for Frailty (=5 points) without any of the exclusion criteria were eligible for inclusion; 3) to operate under general anesthesia;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) participated in other studies in the last 1 month; 2) continuous use of benzodiazepine for more than 1 week within 1 month before surgery 3) previous history of schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease or myasthenia gravis;
