65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Receiving hip replacement treatment; (2) Age 65-85 years old; (3) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) cardiopulmonary function level III or above; (2) Patients with central or peripheral nervous system lesions; (3) Liver function grade 2 and above, renal function stage 3 and above; (4) Diabetes or diabetes related neurological complications (5) Abnormal coagulation function or puncture site infection; (6)Patients who were allergic to local anesthetics or refused to enroll in the study
