Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery;18 to 65 years; ASA I-III level;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Contraindications of regional nerve block, including skin infection or bleeding disease at the block site; (2) People who are allergic to any of the drugs used in this test; (3) bradycardia (HR < 50 beats /min); (4) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases and abnormal liver and kidney function before operation; (5) Chronic pain history, long-term use of opioids, hormones or non-steroidal drugs; (6) Inability to communicate normally: hearing impairment, language comprehension impairment, mental illness, etc.;
